We’re hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter for our Nashua team—someone who can take ownership in the field, lead other carpenters, and set the standard for quality on residential kitchen and bath projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential cabinet installation and finish carpentry projects
- Install custom cabinetry, trim, molding, and detailed finish work
- Lead and mentor Carpenters and Apprentices
- Read plans, elevations, blueprints, and job specifications
- Troubleshoot field conditions and solve installation challenges
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and other trades
- Complete quality checks and punch lists to make sure the job is finished right
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsites
- Work professionally with homeowners in occupied residences Requirements
- 10+ years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience •
- Strong residential remodeling experience •
- Proven experience leading or mentoring other carpenters •
- Strong custom cabinetry and finish-carpentry skills •
- Ability to read plans and work independently in the field •
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail •
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation •
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and perform physical work daily •
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- OSHA 10 and Massachusetts CSL are a plus. We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has led finish-carpentry crews, not just worked on them
- Notices the details other carpenters walk past
- Sets the standard other carpenters follow
- Has zero tolerance for cutting corners on customer-facing work
