Carpenter

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable experienced Carpenter to join our RUSH Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both rough and finish carpentry, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. You will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build frameworks, structures, and fixtures.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, trim, and other finish carpentry components.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and carpentry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or other structures as needed.
• Ensure work is performed according to local building codes and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and measurements accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willing to learn other duties as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Must be US Citizen and have ability to be badged for security clearance. Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary. Hours: Mon-Friday 7am-3:30pm occasional overtime required Why Join Us:
