Our Tiny Home Carpenters work in framing, log cabin assembly, flooring, trim, doors and windows, kitchens and baths, roofing, electrical, HVAC, and more. Whatever your specialty, we’d love to meet you. Our Ideal Tiny Home Carpenter

• Dependable & Hardworking: You show up consistently, work hard, and can be counted on to complete quality work.
• Efficient & Consistent: You work at a steady, productive pace while following established processes and quality standards.
• Hands-On: You have mechanical aptitude and are comfortable using—or learning to use—the tools and processes needed to build tiny home cabins.
• Teachable: You follow instructions, stick to established processes, and are willing to learn through hands-on training. Construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Quality-Minded: You notice problems, make basic adjustments, and take pride in producing quality work.
