Summary You will serve as a
Management Analyst
in the
Business and Operations Division
of
Navtestwinglant Nwcf.
Duties
- You will develop new ways to resolve major administrative problems and develop new administrative regulations or guidelines.
- You will develop and implement process management tools and insure process controls are in place to support both technical and over-arching management goals.
- You will develop briefs and dashboards of performance metrics and technical topics by applying digital and analytical tools.
- You will manage completion and execution schedules, budgets, and resulting products.
- You will collaborate and collect input from military and civilian leaders and subject matter experts across test squadrons, test divisions, and program teams. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Building and managing workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs; 2) Managing a multi-sector workforce and a variety of work situations; 3) Gathering, organizing and maintaining information and information management systems; and 4) Conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience to support staff analyst requirements.
