Job Title: Production Engineer – Fresher Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year Location : Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Ltd (POR GIDC) Job Responsibilities Monitor and supervise daily production activities. Operate and understand electrical machines, equipment, and control panels. Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments. Identify production issues and support troubleshooting. Check product quality during the manufacturing process. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Follow company safety procedures and electrical safety standards. Reduce production downtime and minimize material wastage. Support process improvement and productivity enhancement. Follow 5S, Kaizen, SOPs, and other manufacturing practices. Assist senior engineers in production planning and line management. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering and electrical machines . Knowledge of motors, transformers, control panels, wiring, and basic industrial electrical systems. Basic understanding of PLC and industrial automation is an advantage. Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork. Willingness to work in shifts. Eligibility Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply Candidates with 0–1 year of manufacturing/production experience may also be considered.
