Job Description: * Production planning & BOM understanding * Injection moulding machine setup, start-up, shutdown & colour change * Mould setting and first-piece inspection * Maintain Daily Production Reports & moulding BOMs * Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis * Coordinate with Quality team to maintain product standards * Handle robotic controls and programs * Monitor auxiliary equipment – Robot, Conveyor, Loader & Grinder * Minor mould, machine & equipment repairs * Operator training and process improvement * Cycle time reduction and wastage control * Scrap material identification, labelling & reuse * Improve machine efficiency through parameter optimization
