- T Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Inside Sales Team as an Inside Sales Team
- T. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and achieving sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
