Summary About the Position: Serves as a Administrative Officer for the Joint Activities located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted. Duties

• Analyzes business practices to recommend procedural alternatives that improve organizational efficiency.
• Establishes a tracking system to monitor suspense actions and ensure timely completion of administrative projects.
• Coordinates onboarding operations across multiple departments to facilitate the integration of new personnel.
• Briefs incoming military and civilian personnel on standard operating procedures and initial training requirements.
• Advises supervisors on position management, performance evaluations, and employee recognition programs.
• Explains complex personnel regulations to staff members regarding career development, leave policies, and benefits.
• Conducts management studies to determine how effectively administrative resources are being utilized.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next/second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12) Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
