About the Opportunity A fast-scaling E-commerce enablement company in the Apparel & Fashion retail sector, we power inventory, fulfillment, and logistics for top digital-first brands across India. Our warehouse operations are the backbone of rapid delivery, accurate order processing, and seamless supply chain orchestration. We’re hiring a hands-on E-commerce Warehouse Manager to own end-to-end warehouse efficiency, process optimization, and team leadership in a high-velocity, tech-driven fulfillment environment. Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound logistics, inventory receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch for apparel & fashion SKUs
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (15–30+ team members) to meet KPIs for accuracy, speed, and safety
• Implement and refine warehouse management processes using WMS (e.g. SAP, Manhattan, or similar) to reduce processing time and error rates
• Collaborate with e-commerce fulfillment, procurement, and logistics teams to manage stock levels, cycle counts, and replenishment cycles
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and SOP standards across the facility and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor real-time dashboards and reports to identify bottlenecks, suggest process automation, and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
