Ecommerce Warehouse Manager Location: GK 2, Delhi Experience: Minimum 8 years Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse processes.
- Order Management:
- Manage order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize order accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Return Management:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient handling of returns.
- Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage stock levels effectively.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in warehouse management, preferably in the clothing industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
