Company: Blue Ridge Communications Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Pencor and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers Seeking an Integration Engineer in the Construction Engineering department for Blue Ridge Communications. General duties will include:
- Establishing cable routing in the field for new or rebuilt cable systems
- Responsible for new line extension inquires
- Responsible for PenTeleData inquires
- Responsible for utility pole audits
- Gathering all field information and measurements needed for construction and system design
- Contacting customers with information pertaining to their extension
- Applying for pole permits
- Obtaining and Notarizing private right of ways, public permits and any additional required permits as needed
- Working with utility companies and state projects for pole relocation, make ready work and other duties associated with pole line work
- Working closely with system designers regarding fieldwork on a daily basis
- Performing other related duties and tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- 3-5 Years' experience in cable design and construction design
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA Driver's license and good driving record
- Working knowledge of CAD
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)
- Ability to read blueprints and/or map drawings
- General knowledge of construction pole line practices
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times INDHP
