Purchase Executive

Purchase Executive Experience: 1 Year Location : Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Ltd Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with around 1 year of experience to support our procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining purchase records. Key Responsibilities Identify and communicate with suppliers for required materials/products. Obtain and compare quotations from different vendors. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules under supervision. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and other departments regarding purchase requirements. Maintain supplier records, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation. Monitor stock requirements and coordinate procurement accordingly. Check invoices and purchase documents for accuracy. Assist in vendor evaluation and maintaining good supplier relationships. Resolve basic issues related to delivery, quantity, quality, and pricing. Prepare purchase reports and update procurement data in ERP/software or Excel. Ensure purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures. Required Skills 1 year of experience in Purchase/Procurement . Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office . Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills. Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple requirements. Knowledge of ERP/Tally/SAP or other purchasing software will be an advantage.
