• Be the first point of contact for members visiting the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other daily transactions.
• Help members understand products and services that can support their financial goals.
• Deliver a friendly, accurate, and efficient member experience. What You Have: Required Education and Experience
• High School Diploma
• Customer service experience is considered an asset; we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, administrative, and other service-focused backgrounds. Skills and Abilities
• Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Salary Range: $45,870 - $50,967. Additional Information
