Title and Summary Manager, Product Management, ALM Reporting to the Director – Regional Product Management (Account Level Management), this person is part of a collaborative team that drives commercialization of Mastercard's key value-added services in Core Payments enabled by the Account Level Management Platform. This Manager is the regional operational owner for all services enabled by Account Level Management (ALM), including but not limited to Product Graduation Plus, Enhanced Value, World High Value, Small Business Spend Processing, Affluent Shortfall and Commercial B2B Rate Manager. Where the Director sets regional product strategy, commercial direction and market prioritization, this Manager is accountable for converting that direction into launched, approved and operational capability in each market. They will be the expert on the technical specifications, enrolment constructs, pricing governance processes and implementation requirements that ALM services depend on, and will drive these to completion in partnership with Regional Product, Global Product, Pricing, BizOps and in-market teams. This Manager will prepare the business cases and approval submissions the region requires, drive issuer on-boarding and launch readiness end to end, resolve operational issues as the region's first point of escalation, and build the repeatable processes and documentation that allow ALM to scale across Asia Pacific. Job Responsibilities
- Operational subject matter expert for ALM services, including but not limited to: Product Graduation Plus, Enhanced Value, World High Value, Small Business Spend Processing, Commercial B2B Rate Manager, Affluent Shortfall — covering qualification criteria, product code mapping, enrolment and subscription constructs, tenure mechanics and account-level processing behaviour.
- Responsible for market readiness and launch execution of ALM services within the region: launch scope, issuer eligibility and classification, enrolment waves, opt-in and opt-out management, and readiness tracking across issuer, market, operational and technology workstreams.
- Prepare and drive regional pricing and approval submissions end to end, including proposal documentation, business cases, opportunity sizing, revenue projections and pricing narratives; manage assessment lead times and sequence alignment across Pricing, Interchange, Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Country Management and Global Product so approval timelines hold.
- Facilitate customer on-boarding by guiding issuers through enrolment, platform access provisioning, participation activation, file exchange set-up and validation testing, and by supplying the documentation required to clear customer-side information security, data sharing and internal governance reviews.
- Serve as the region's first point of escalation for ALM operational issues — including file rejections, provisioning and permission failures, reporting access and product code or account-level processing anomalies — driving each to root cause with Global Product, BizOps and engineering, and closing the loop with the customer.
- Validate post-launch product performance, confirming graduation outcomes, product code changes and correct application of agreed rates through sample and transaction-level testing, and investigating customer-raised discrepancies.
- Create and maintain the region's ALM documentation and enablement assets — implementation and getting-started guides, enrolment forms, process flows, operational FAQs and playbooks — so that each additional market and customer requires materially less manual effort than the last.
- Maintain the regional operational pipeline and reporting, including launch trackers, on-boarding status, enrolled populations, qualification outputs and adoption against plan, for regional and global stakeholders. All About You

- Demonstrated track record of delivering launches or customer implementations to completion across multiple markets, with accountability for readiness, dependencies and go-live.
- Proven ability to navigate demanding internal governance in a large matrixed organization, including pricing or investment committees, legal and regulatory review and information security assessment, and to move them faster than their default pace.
- Exceptional follow-through and organizational discipline; able to hold a high volume of concurrent threads across multiple markets and customers without dropped dependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure business cases, interrogate eligibility and performance data, and diagnose operational failures across multiple systems and teams.
- Effective communicator, able to produce both customer-ready operational documentation and concise executive summaries, and to judge which is required.
- Self-directed, strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally and manage through influence with stakeholders more senior than the role.
