- 40% increase in their conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end store & hub performance across ops, inventory, SLA & dispatch.
- Manage peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance & shrinkage control.
- Drive last-mile performance including rider productivity & TAT.
- Ensure safety, compliance, cost control & daily KPI tracking. Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
- Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
- Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
