Senior Commercial Counsel

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven legal team supporting the transformation of healthcare through secure, scalable data connectivity. The role will serve as a trusted legal partner to the commercial organization, with a primary focus on negotiating and closing customer and vendor agreements efficiently and thoughtfully. You’ll work closely with sales and cross-functional business teams while balancing commercial objectives, legal risk, and business priorities. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll have broad exposure to commercial, compliance, employment, and other corporate legal matters. The position also offers the opportunity to improve contracting workflows, develop knowledge-management systems, and introduce self-service solutions that increase efficiency. You’ll operate in a remote-first, fast-moving, AI-forward environment where autonomy, sound judgment, curiosity, and collaboration are highly valued.
