Our client, a rapidly growing AI marketing platform serving leading global enterprises, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist in its search for a Senior Commercial Counsel. Reporting to the Head of Legal, this attorney will serve as a key legal partner to the company's sales organization, independently negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements and helping build a scalable commercial legal function. Following a significant new funding round, the company is entering an exciting period of growth and product expansion.
