Prologis is looking for an experienced and proactive Events Specialist to own the European events programme

  • shaping the strategy and independently delivering high-impact experiences that support business growth, deepen customer engagement, and strengthen our brand. As the dedicated events specialist for Europe, you’ll take full ownership from strategy and concept through delivery and evaluation. You’ll work independently, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and using agencies and external suppliers where needed to deliver a diverse portfolio of external and internal events. If you are commercially minded, highly organized and confident owning complex events end to end, let’s talk. What You'll Do:
  • Own and deliver the Prologis Europe events strategy, translating business and marketing priorities into an annual programme with clear objectives, audiences, KPIs and measures of success.
  • Take full end-to-end ownership of events
  • from concept, planning and budgeting through delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a diverse portfolio of industry, customer and broker, thought-leadership and internal employee events across Europe.
  • Act as the dedicated European events expert, independently driving delivery while engaging agencies, venues and suppliers for specialist and execution support as needed.
  • Own event budgets and commercial management, including forecasting, cost control, reconciliation, procurement and supplier negotiations.
  • Partner with senior and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure events support business priorities, customer engagement and Prologis brand positioning.
  • Lead agency and supplier relationships, setting clear briefs, managing performance and ensuring high-quality, on-brand delivery.
  • Own event governance and risk management, including approvals, contracts, health and safety, and other requirements.
  • Shape event content and attendee experience with relevant teams, ensuring strong agendas, messaging, engagement and consistent brand delivery.
  • Define and track event KPIs and ROI, using engagement data, feedback and business outcomes to demonstrate impact and inform future investment.
  • Drive effective use of event technology and data to improve planning, attendee experience, measurement and operational efficiency.
  • Lead on-site delivery and problem-solving, ensuring a seamless experience and high execution standards across European events.
  • Support the Head of Marketing Europe with business travel, calendar coordination and expense processing. What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of relevant event management experience, with proven independent ownership of complex events from strategy through delivery.
  • Strong strategic and commercial understanding of how events support customer relationships, growth, brand and thought leadership.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and make decisions independently.
  • Proven experience managing agencies, suppliers, venues, sponsorships and contracts, including commercial negotiations and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Strong digital know-how: registration systems, analytics tools, CRM platforms.
  • English fluency written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Europe while remaining organized, and resourceful while working on the move.
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. What's in it for you?
