Job Summary Digital Project Manager Mass General Brigham (MGB) Digital Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance how we communicate, engage, and deliver value across the organization. This highly visible role combines project management expertise with strong communication and change management skills to ensure strategic digital initiatives are successfully delivered and broadly adopted. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Communications, the Digital Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional digital projects while serving as a trusted partner to product teams, clinical leaders, technical stakeholders, and communications professionals. Success in this role requires the ability to drive alignment, manage competing priorities, and craft clear, compelling communications that support awareness, engagement, and adoption. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
- Partner with Digital Communications, product teams, clinical leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive project success and organizational alignment.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared for change.
- Create high-quality written communications, presentations, updates, and implementation materials for diverse audiences.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and decision-making across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Support change management and adoption efforts to maximize the impact of digital initiatives. - Experience driving change, adoption, and engagement within large organizations. Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Marketing/Communications required

- 6 years of experience in project management within digital, technology, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Communications or change management experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with technical, business and creative deliverables, with exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Experience developing and delivering project-related communications and assets across multiple formats to support adoption and engagement and campaigns, ideally within a corporate, healthcare, or regulated industry setting. Skills for Success
- Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
- Able to translate complex technical and clinical information into clear and creative actionable project deliverables and key messaging for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of IT concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with experience developing content assets in line with organizational style guides (e.g. articles, emails, videos)
- Able to build consensus among diverse stakeholders, using negotiation and diplomacy to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to independently proofread and quality-check content for accuracy, grammar, consistency, formatting and adherence to organizational style
- Knowledge of file maintenance and report generation methods.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to assess project performance, measure results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Understanding of best practices for digital communications, content management systems, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Assist in developing project goals, scope, success metrics and work plans in collaboration with stakeholders, using recognized project management methodologies and in alignment with Digital strategy.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and dependencies across workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical, clinical, and business stakeholders; facilitate decision-making and consensus-building.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, escalating to leadership as needed.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
- Represent Digital Communications in workgroups and meetings, demonstrating diplomacy and collaboration.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery meets project scope, budget and quality expectations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery.
- Coordinate testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support activities as applicable. Project Execution & Asset Development (35%)
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Digital projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and in scope.
- Develop, write, edit and proofread project communications and assets along with clinical and technical documentation (e.g. technical FAQs, talking points, emails, articles, presentations, videos etc.) in collaboration with clinical and technical subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Develop content across multiple mediums, including video production (script writing, storyboarding, video creation).
- Maintain Digital Vitals pages (SharePoint), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, up to date, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project priorities. Metrics & Reporting (10%)
- Research, collect, and evaluate project and campaign data to meet reporting and evaluation requirements.
