HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Salad Days Location: Bangalore Department: Human Resources Experience: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations for Salad Days stores and kitchens in Bangalore.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and employee retention.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Manage probation, transfers, promotions, and employee movements.
- Ensure accurate Keka HR, payroll, leave, and attendance data.
- Conduct regular store/kitchen visits and resolve employee issues.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

reports and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements. Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Preferred Experience: QSR / Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Retail / Cloud Kitchen
