As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects. Note: This position is based out of Bangalore,India Develop and optimize new processes (Deposition, Etch, EPI, PVD, and others) to meet business unit and customer requirements.

  • Develop, transfer, and qualify processes on new tool sets to ensure performance, repeatability, and readiness for production.
  • Work with equipment engineering counterparts to design risk-based qualification plans for new hardware development.
  • Design and run Design of Experiments (DOEs) to characterize how process variables interact with outputs, and identify the tuning knobs that optimize process performance.
  • Serve as the process engineering point of contact for new product development, guiding cross-functional teams on how process and equipment interact.
  • Act as the process lead for customer escalations, owning troubleshooting through root cause analysis and delivering timely, effective solutions.
  • Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation to advance the capabilities of the company's complex semiconductor equipment and systems.
