Global Payroll Operations Supervisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Payroll Operations Supervisor based in Brazil. This is a leadership role responsible for scaling payroll operations and customer implementations across Brazil. You will oversee end-to-end payroll execution while maintaining compliance, accuracy, service quality, and operational efficiency. The position combines people leadership with hands-on expertise in Brazilian payroll systems, regulations, and processes. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, customers, and external stakeholders to support market expansion. A key focus will be building scalable processes, reducing manual errors, and introducing automation into payroll operations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while monitoring KPIs, SLAs, quality, and delivery timelines. The role offers significant exposure to product development, customer experience, and the evolution of global payroll capabilities.
