Sales Specialist – EPC/OEM Are you a highly motivated, creative individual and passionate about sales? Partner with the best Drive growth of Bently Nevada Condition Monitoring, Machinery Protection, and Cordant™ Asset Performance Management solutions through strategic engagement with EPCs and Engineering Consultants. The role focuses on specification development, project identification, consultant engagement, and achievement of order intake and growth targets across the assigned region. As a Sales Specialist – EPC/OEM , you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and manage relationships with key EPCs, Engineering Consultants, and project stakeholders to drive specification wins and project opportunities.
  • Promoting Bently Nevada hardware, software, services, and Cordant™ solutions, including Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies, Asset Strategy development, Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), and Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM).
  • Engaging with EPCs and consultants during FEED, Basic Engineering, and Detailed Engineering stages to influence specifications and position Bently Nevada solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities in Asset Performance Management, RAM analysis, Asset Strategy Management, Predictive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, and Digital Transformation.
  • Supporting customers in developing asset strategies based on equipment criticality, failure modes, maintenance requirements, risk, reliability, and lifecycle cost.
  • Managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving decision-makers, influencers, commercial teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Supporting tendering, proposal preparation, bid responses, technical clarifications, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Conducting technical presentations, workshops, seminars, and consultant engagement programs.
  • Collaborating with Product, Services, Engineering, Tendering, and Project teams to drive growth across strategic accounts.
  • Supporting regional sales strategies through market intelligence, project tracking, industry insights, and competitive analysis. Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in industrial or project sales, preferably handling EPCs and Engineering Consultants.
  • Experience in Condition Monitoring, Machinery Protection, RAM studies, Asset Strategy, Asset Performance Management, Reliability Solutions, Industrial Automation, or Digital Solutions.
  • Understanding of reliability methodologies such as equipment criticality analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), RCM, RBM, and maintenance strategy optimisation would be advantageous.
  • Strong enterprise sales capabilities, including discovery, opportunity development, value-based selling, specification selling, and pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding order intake, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Excellent proficiency in English communication, technical presentations, commercial discussions, and stakeholder management.
