Finance and Accounts Manager Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 5 to 10 years Salary: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Accounting Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a managerial role within a corporate environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
