This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter, Mission & Business Operations based in United States. As a Recruiter, Mission & Business Operations, you’ll own high-impact hiring across mission, defense business development, business operations, finance and accounting, real estate, and marketing. You’ll lead full-cycle searches for senior and often first-of-function hires whose expertise will directly influence the organization’s ability to scale. The role combines hands-on recruiting with executive search discipline, market mapping, talent advising, and long-term relationship building. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, challenging assumptions when needed and helping define what exceptional talent looks like for each role. You’ll also recruit specialized defense talent across business development, capture, program management, and mission functions.
