Job Title: University Programs Recruiter Job Category: Human Resources Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a University Programs Recruiter to will perform a variety of complex tasks for professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's intern staffing requirements. This role acts as brand ambassador by managing internal and external relationships with target universities, administration, and student organizations. You will partner with our University Programs Manager to support and lead CACI’s Intern Program; measure and drive conversion rates of interns to full-time-hires. As a University Programs Recruiter, you will continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target university candidate pools of top talent Responsibilities:

• Provides full lifecycle recruiting function to include assisting hiring managers with developing and marketing job positions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, reference checking, extending verbal and written offers while also maintaining candidate information in the automated recruiting system.
• Develop innovative techniques to support customer needs. Maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Performs a variety of professional and administrative functions to ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates quickly.
• Provides regular reporting to senior management on recruiting issues.
• Negotiates housing stipend and compensation between Hiring Managers and Candidates.
• Represents department to internal/external applicants. Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees. Qualifications:
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
• Up to 3 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to manage projects form inception to completion
• Experience cultivating relationships and consultation skills through collaborative engagements with peers, external stakeholders, and candidates
• Effective oral and written communication skills Desired:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Strong technical aptitude
• Demonstration of efficient and high-quality customer service experience
• Ability to utilize talent platforms and networking

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
