Job Description Associate Manager, Global IT – SAP Controlling Location: Benguluru India Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT professional with deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP S/4HANA, and Central Finance transformation. This role will design, implement, and support global Controlling and Reporting capabilities across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Central Finance platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of SAP Controlling and enterprise technology platforms. They will partner closely with Controllers, Global Business Services, and IT leadership to design, configure and test SAP Controlling solutions, drive continuous improvement and maintain system health across the global ERP landscape. Shift timings(EU) 12:30 pm-9:30 pm IST Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Configure, and support of SAP Controlling, Planning and Reporting solutions across the global ERP landscape that includes SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance and other auxiliary systems.
  • Provide functional solutions for management reporting problems across core controlling, reporting and financial close.
  • Oversee and ensure that appropriate documentation for the controlling and reporting solutions is maintained. Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance with focus on SAP Controlling and Product Costing, and global ERP transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance,
  • Strong SAP Controlling knowledge in Overhead Management, Product Costing, Material Ledger and Margin Analysis
  • Working knowledge of SAP Central Finance, including SLT, AIF, initial load, financial replication, key/value mapping, error monitoring, reconciliation, and data governance.
  • Experience designing and configuring SAP Finance capabilities Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Finance knowledge in FI, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Treasury and Financial close,
  • Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). Travel This position may require occasional international travel. Location(s) Bengaluru
