Position: Talent Acquisition Executive Experience Required: 3 months

  • 2 years Location: New Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization by ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Preferred experience in retail hiring is advantageous. Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes; retail hiring experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
