Job Title: HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquistion Location: Permanent Work From Home (WFH) Salary: ₹5,000-15000 per month + Incentives Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday About Us Devdort Consultants LLP is a fast-growing recruitment agency, helping businesses close their most critical and tough-to-fill roles with speed and precision. We pride ourselves on being problem-solvers, connectors, and career enablers. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews. Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients. Maintain candidate database and trackers. Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding). Support in daily HR/recruitment operations. Requirements: Good communication skills (written & verbal). Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets. Interest in HR & recruitment as a career. Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
