Fulfillment Associate

Description The Fulfillment Teammate role provides flexible, hands-on coverage across order fulfillment, inventory receiving, warehouse dock activity, production support, site cleanliness, and waste management — moving to wherever the day's operational needs are greatest. This role is a floater in the best sense: capable of stepping into nearly any area of the warehouse and getting the work done right. › Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, verifying accuracy, quantities, and packaging. › Support the Order Fulfillment and Milk Pulling teams by packing routes with 100% accuracy whenever called on. › Label, stage, and organize completed orders for driver pickup; assist with restocking and cycle counts as needed. › Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. › Label, store, and organize incoming materials, applying FIFO and quality checkpoints across all goods. › Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages. › Provide relief coverage for the Warehouse Manager on receiving during absences or peak periods. › Assist with loading and unloading trucks; stage inbound and outbound materials for efficient flow using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (once certified). › Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, production, dock, and outdoor areas, keeping workspaces clear of hazards. › Collect, separate, and dispose of trash and recyclables, following company and environmental waste-handling procedures. Requirements Valid Drivers License Previous warehouse/order fulfillment experience a plus
