You'll play an important part in preparing products for shipment, organizing inventory, and supporting the day-to-day operations that help deliver the Sea Bags experience. • Pick products for customer and retail orders according to assigned pick lists and instructions.
• Pack and prepare orders using established packing procedures and materials.
• Apply shipping labels, product stickers, tags, and other required labels to merchandise and packages.
• Stock and organize products in designated storage locations to keep inventory accessible.
• Assist with unpacking and putting away incoming products and materials.
• Prepare boxes, packing materials, and supplies for daily fulfillment activities.
• Assist with routine inventory counts and checks as directed.
• Move products and materials throughout the warehouse to support daily operations.
• Keep work areas, storage locations, and shared equipment clean and organized.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safe material handling practices while completing assigned tasks. • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, distribution, or retail environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, barcode scanners, or other warehouse technology.
• Experience using shipping software or order fulfillment platforms.
• A knack for staying organized and keeping workspaces clean, efficient, and well stocked.
