- backed by 15+ years of relationships across banks, NBFCs, and institutional investors. The Role: We're looking for a technology-oriented professional to help drive our digital transformation
- coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to identify, implement, and improve the platforms and automation that power our business. What You'll Do:
- Identify suitable technology solutions and vendors based on business requirements.
- Assist in finalising functional requirements and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Coordinate regularly with technology vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Track development progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed timelines and project plans.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and final go-live activities.
- Help identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual effort through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
- Assist in designing and generating reports and dashboards for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Research emerging technologies and continuously explore ways to improve current systems and processes. What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience in technology coordination, platform development, business analysis, or digital project support.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Exposure to BRD preparation, UAT, and vendor management.
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and practical use of AI in business operations.
- Good analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into functional technology requirements.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.
