This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Operations Partner GTM based in United States. This high-visibility People role owns the full people partnership for Commercial, Customer Experience, and Finance/Ops teams across the US, LATAM, and APAC. You will advise approximately 10 senior leaders and support a workforce of around 250 employees, helping leaders make effective people and organizational decisions. The role combines strategic people partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, performance, compensation, talent, and organizational design. You will help shape scalable people programs while identifying organizational and talent opportunities that support business growth. A major focus will be strengthening performance management, manager enablement, career development, and succession planning. You will work closely with a small, globally distributed People team in a fast-moving, high-growth technology environment. This opportunity is suited to an experienced HR professional who brings strong judgment, commercial awareness, independence, and a practical approach to complex people challenges.
