Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for field/program roles against manpower targets and TAT
- Source via portals, social media, referrals, and community drives; screen and shortlist at volume
- Treat hiring like a sales funnel — manage pipeline, daily/weekly closures, and dropout %
- Coordinate with hiring managers to close roles on time; negotiate offers and reduce no-shows
- Track and report recruitment metrics (sourced, screened, offered, joined)
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction coordination
- Maintain HRMS records and ensure data accuracy for the assigned location
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination for field staff
- Resolve employee queries; manage exit formalities and F&F; coordination
- Support compliance documentation and audits as required Skills:- Job interview, Screening, Human Resources (HR) and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
