Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, including production staff, supervisors, and administrative Blue Caller positions hiring.
- Support workforce planning strategies based on production needs.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are aligned with role requirements. HR Administration: · Ensure the attendance management system is properly updated with current employee data, including shifts, work schedules, overtime and attendance policies. · regularly audit the system for discrepancies or errors and ensure they are resolved promptly. RequirementsImplant HR @ V Guard Industries MSW Fresher or Graduate with 1 0r 2 years experience as HR in any Manufacturing Industry BenefitsIndustrial standards
