Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive / Recruiter (Female) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and will play a crucial role in helping us attract top talent to our organization. Responsibilities

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilizing various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract talent.
• Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
• Conducting reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
• Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Participating in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to promote the company and attract candidates. Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
