Strategic Initiatives Program Manager Consumer and Gaming Description
- We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to help drive execution excellence across the Consumer & Gaming business. This role will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and Country teams to improve launch readiness, strengthen sales enablement, and build execution programs with key retailers. The successful candidate will bring strong program management skills, a bias for action, and the ability to turn strategy into scalable operating mechanisms. The role combines program leadership with business execution, helping ensure that our products, content, and retail programs are ready to deliver impact in market. Responsibilities
- Drive the Consumer & Gaming NPI Excellence program, ensuring launch readiness through centralized planning, milestone tracking, issue management, and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and maintain operating mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting that provide visibility to launch status, risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Country teams to improve execution consistency across markets.
- Support the development of customer-led sales enablement content, training programs, and tools that improve seller effectiveness.Help establish scalable retailer execution programs, identifying best practices, capturing success stories, and improving visibility into in-store execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, driving accountability and proactive problem resolution.
- Drives stakeholder engagement and executive communications by providing clear program visibility, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment across organizations and leadership levels
- Tracks program performance against defined objectives, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring delivery of targeted business outcomes and strategic priorities. Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, category management, product management, sales enablement, retail, or related functions
- Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market programs, sales enablement, retail execution, or business operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, governance, resource coordination, issue resolution, and execution management.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholder communications within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive presentations, status reporting, and leadership communications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
