1. The Warranty Supplier Recovery Engineer is responsible for recovering the warranty spend amount from NA suppliers ( for supplier parts failures in Ford vehicles built in NA & sold globally) for allocated commodity ( Eg : Power train, Electrical, Interior , Underbody, Exterior). 2. Responsibilities include sending the monthly debit packs/warranty claims to suppliers and needs to manage supplier responses/queries through emails/meetings. 3.
