Role Description Greetings from LTM. We are hiring Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Agentforce & AI Expert. Here is the JD- Total Experience should be 15 yrs
- 25 yrs
- Identify Agentforce use cases and define business outcomes success metrics and deployment roadmap
- Design and build Agentforce agents including topics actions instructions prompts and guardrails Experience in AFDX ability to leverage AI to create agents
- Connect Agentforce with Salesforce CRM Data Cloud knowledge sources APIs and enterprise systems
- Apply prompt engineering testing and optimization practices to improve response quality and task completion
- Implement security trust compliance and humanintheloop design patterns
- Troubleshoot agent performance adoption blockers and integration issues during pilot and production rollout
- Create reusable Agentforce assets playbooks and accelerators for scale
- Knowledge of how to use Data 360 and Salesforce capabilities for structured and unstructured data grounding
- Ability to debug trace and map bottomup patterns to established KPI standards and propose ongoing improvements to AI deployments
- Knowledge of enterprise AI patterns and Salesforce AI integration core platform external AI integration custom MCP A2A patterns Certificates Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Administrator Data Cloud Consultant Platform Developer I App Builder FDE Ready Practitioner Core skills Agentforce Agent Script Data 360 RAG Unstructured data integration Data Integration Core Salesforce Platform Skills: Salesforce Crm, Data Integration Experience: 15.00-25.00 Years
