Job Description:
- Build bank statement analysis systems covering document extraction, parsing, categorization, and anomaly detection.
- Design and deploy Voice AI Agents using Pipecat, including STT/TTS orchestration, turn detection, VAD, and telephony/SIP integration.
- Develop agentic AI applications using LangGraph and LangChain, including multi-step workflows, tool calling, state management, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, build prototypes, and deploy production-ready solutions.
- Integrate AI agents with CRMs, databases, banking APIs, and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize latency, accuracy, reliability, and overall AI performance in live environments.
- Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring solutions for AI agent behavior.
- Own the complete lifecycle from prompt engineering and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
