Finance & Accounts Executive / Financial Analyst-CA/CA Inter

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Department: Finance & Accounting Industry: Healthcare / Hospital About the Role Desun Hospital, Siliguri is looking for a Finance & Accounts professional to support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and audit-related activities. The role will involve working closely with the hospital's finance and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial operations and effective compliance with applicable requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ledger maintenance, and financial records.
• Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
• Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required information and documentation.
• Process vendor payments and support payroll-related finance activities.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and administrative teams on finance-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Assist in strengthening internal controls, processes, and SOPs.
• Ensure finance activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and organisational policies. Required Skills
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred.
• Experience with ERP or hospital management systems will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple finance-related activities and meet deadlines. Qualifications & Experience
• CA, CA Inter with B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, taxation, or compliance.
• Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare or hospital finance will be preferred.
