Come work for a company that values your worth! Relocation Today is hiring a Global Relocation Service Coordinato r at its Minnetonka, Minnesota office. The service coordinator supports Account Managers and internal teams members. Service Coordinators manage a diverse range of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and consistent performance under deadlines. This is a customer service and client facing role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service abilities
• Manage a small caseload of relocations/immigration files as needed
• Provide coverage to department employees while out of office or on PTO
• Maintain updated supplier management system and reference tools with global compliance in mind
• Coordinates destination services and ensures timely, high-quality support throughout the relocation process
• Assists transferees with identifying and arranging temporary housing accommodations
• Arranges and oversees relocation travel requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Processes relocation expenses, ensuring all costs are accurately categorized, compliant with policy guidelines, and maintained within budget parameters
• Prepares and manages relocation cost estimates and budget projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program guidelines The successful candidate for this position will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Secondary education is preferred; candidates without a college degree must have additional relevant experience (internships included)
• Three years of business or customer service experience preferred
• Initiative and accuracy in completing tasks independently
• Exceptional record-keeping and note-taking skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational competency
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to remain professional and efficient under pressure
• Familiarity with basic reporting requirements
