Click here to read the PSG Global Solutions Candidate Privacy Notice Job Description: Employment Type: Projectbased for 3 months contract Work Setup: Hybrid 3x a week in Ayala Ave., Makati for 1-2 months Then Hybrid 3x a week at any PSG Workspace: Makati, Alabang, EXXA Tower Bridgetown, or SM North EDSA after 2 months About the Role The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple interviews and priorities each day. Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct high-volume virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Make informed recommendations on candidate progression throughout the hiring process.
- Complete candidate scorecards accurately and consistently.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate and contingency details.
- Manage multiple interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Experience handling high-volume hiring or interviews is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual or on-camera interviews.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Warehouse recruitment experience is a strong advantage. What We Offer
