This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineer, Unified Communications based in United States. This is a senior-level Unified Communications engineering role focused on designing, deploying, administering, and optimizing enterprise communication platforms. You will help lead voice, chat, SMS, and video infrastructure initiatives while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations. The role combines hands-on engineering with incident resolution, performance monitoring, change management, and vendor coordination. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert for contact center technologies and contribute to large-scale UC implementations and upgrades. The position offers a highly collaborative environment involving technology teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders. You will also help translate business requirements into technical solutions, testing strategies, and operational improvements. This is a fully remote opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time.
