Senior Analyst, Transportation EU Logistics

Job Description Job Description Job Description: Transportation & Logistics Analyst (OTM) Experience: 6–8 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, route optimization, and cost–benefit analysis. Role Purpose Responsible for managing and optimizing transportation and inbound logistics operations with a focus on cost control, operational efficiency, KPI alignment, and system effectiveness. The role includes ownership of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) processes, inbound prioritization for a major Business Unit, and analytical support for operational and developmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage transportation and warehousing activities with emphasis on route optimization and service performance. Own inbound prioritization and carrier coordination for the largest Business Unit. Coordinate with carriers to ensure execution, capacity alignment, and issue resolution. Own extra cost approvals across all transportation lanes in line with defined guidelines. Perform cost–benefit analysis to support transportation, routing, and carrier decisions. Support spot carrier selection activities to enable cost optimization. Assist in calculation, monitoring, and alignment of transportation KPIs. Analyze operational performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Take ownership of all OTM-related operational issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution. Support OTM enhancements by assisting with requirements clarification and functional alignment. Participate in testing activities and provide support during hypercare phases. Perform data analysis using advanced Excel to support operational and decision-making needs. Participate in VSM (Value Stream Management) developmental projects and provide data as required.
