Key Responsibilities:
- Handle MRN & GRN process – verify delivery challans, and invoices
- Record product details in POS/ERP , generate article codes & barcodes , and perform QC .
- Maintain accurate inventory records and MIS reports in Excel.
- Coordinate online order fulfilment with warehouse, store, and office teams.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
- Support stock audits and report discrepancies or delays.
- Communicate updates clearly and write basic professional emails when required. Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse/MRN/inventory operations.
- Good in basic Excel .
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in email writing and documentation.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
