Location Chhatarpur, New Delhi Experience Required 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, or customer-facing calling roles Reporting To Operations / Warehouse Manager Role Overview Dentalkart is looking for 2 Operations Executives who can combine customer calling with hands-on warehouse management system (WMS) usage. The role bridges customer communication and warehouse execution

• ensuring order-related queries are resolved on call while day-to-day WMS transactions and basic warehouse processes run smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Customer Calling ● Make and receive calls to customers for order status updates, delays, discrepancies, and general order-related queries. ● Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring customer concerns are addressed and logged appropriately. ● Coordinate with internal teams to close the loop on customer queries raised during calls. WMS & Warehouse Operations ● Perform day-to-day transactions on the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• order allocation, stock updates, and dispatch-related entries. ● Support basic warehouse operations including inward/outward tracking, put-away, and picking as required. ● Flag and escalate WMS discrepancies (allocation errors, stock mismatches) to the concerned team for resolution. ● Maintain accuracy of records to support smooth order fulfillment and inventory tracking. Coordination & Reporting ● Liaise between the customer support and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of order issues. ● Maintain daily trackers/reports on calls handled and WMS tasks completed. Required Skillset ● Calling customers — clear, confident communication for order-related queries and updates. ● Understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management System); familiarity with Vinculum is an added advantage. ● Basic understanding of warehouse operations (inward, outward, put-away, picking, dispatch). Desired Candidate Profile ● Graduate in any discipline; prior experience in e-commerce/logistics operations preferred. ● 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, warehouse, or customer calling roles. ● Comfortable working with computer systems/WMS software and basic MS Excel. ● Good communication skills in English and Hindi. ● Willingness to work from the warehouse/office location (Chhatarpur, New Delhi).
