Sales & Marketing Executive – APIs & Formulations - JG

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (with travel across South India) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and formulations to customers across South India. This role involves regular customer meetings in Hyderabad as well as travel to other cities in the southern region to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for APIs and formulations Identify and prospect new customers while nurturing existing client relationships Conduct regular customer meetings in Hyderabad and travel to other South Indian cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Mysore, etc.) Present product portfolios, technical specifications, and value propositions to potential and existing clients Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field (preferred) 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively across South India (approximately 40-50% travel) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools What We Offer Opportunities for career growth and professional development Dynamic and supportive work environment
