Description We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance to students and help them make informed decisions regarding their education and career paths.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and develop individualized learning plans accordingly.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance students' academic skills and career awareness.
- Stay updated on educational programs, scholarships, and university admissions processes to assist students effectively.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to address student concerns and improve academic services. Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using student information systems and academic counseling software.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures in India. Skills: academic advising , Time Management, Interpersonal Skills, Public Speaking, Conflict Resolution, Data Analysis, Curriculum Development, Career Counseling, program evaluation, Student assessment Experience: 3.00-9.00 Years
