Title: Academic counsellor Positions: 2 Location: Lucknow Fixed CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA Incentives: Up to ₹4 LPA Experience: 2+ years Edtech sales experience (Mandatory) What we are looking for · 2+ years of mandatory Edtech sales/counselling experience · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong counselling, persuasion and objection-handling abilities · Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets · Good understanding of the education/EdTech industry · Stable career history · Customer-focused and target-oriented approach · Ability to manage leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Roles and Responsibilities · Counsel prospective learners regarding relevant upskilling/education programs. · Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert prospects into admissions. · Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. · Follow up consistently and manage the complete admission cycle. · Achieve individual monthly sales/admission targets. · Handle objections and negotiate effectively to drive conversions. · Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
